Find and include a minimum of one current event clipped from the popular media (newspapers, magazines, etc.) for each of the discussion topics listed on the syllabus. Popular media does not include scientific journals and periodicals. Write a  two page paper about the significance of the event and its relationship to the discussion topic.

According to an article by Gholipour, the scientists claim that the ordinary human beings can now practice the memorizing methods and become memory champions (2017). When many memory champions memorize hundreds of words in a second and recite them after an hour exactly the way it should be it looks as if it is magic trick. However, it is not magic because the athletes tell people their secrets of how they do their memorizing unlike magicians who are never open. The memory champions use a common and popular method which is known as the method of Loci.
