I managed to overcome some of these challenges to a more considerable extent. First, in solving the communication problem, I ensured that all members were given equal opportunity to give their opinion on the matter of discussion. Also, I acted as a moderator in such instances to avoid members interrupting each other. Secondly, I have always identified common items of agenda whereby I encourage members to form small groups to brainstorm on the issues before we can have a joint discussion. Through these micro-groups, introvert members can comfortably contribute to discussions. However, I have been unsuccessful in addressing personality clashes because team members have a different approach to issues.
