•This week we are conducting interviews, from this process you are to document your findings and ideas about the case study in your journal. This would include your reflections on the process and what are your initial concepts and draft ideas for an activity and use case and domain class diagrams. In this case, the process of conducting interviews was not satisfactory, as even though the top management had shown approval for the process, most of them were unavailable for the interview process. The general manager, broadcasting director, production director, and news director were all unavailable. Moreover the interviews with the sales and human resources managers were timely, and they revealed that both officials believed that the interviews were essentially and cost effective ways of determining how to realize organizational goals within the stipulated time period.
