Report on Sports and Fitness

Part 1: Reflective Report

Introduction

There is little doubt that the reflective practice framework could go a long way in helping to apply new knowledge.

I believe that part of the reason why I have been able to develop my expertise and skills is that I have been keen on watching others perform their duties and using that platform to learn even more.

However, it has also come to my realization that simply acquiring experiences rarely guarantees any competence.

For this reason, it is, therefore, critical for one to go the extra mile if he is to achieve the much-needed fitness and proficiency.

In order to achieve this effectively, I have learned the value of integrating knowledge and experiences in a manner that is meaningful so as to promote learning, and at the same time ensure that expertise is developed.
