The meaning of employees relations is how a company or organization manages there relationship with employees. Many companies that provide a great employee relations programs has many employees that are committed to their job because they are treated fairly and get consistent treatment equally. I feel my company has a great employee relations program, they make sure that they are fair for all employees. They also thrive on making sure we have a relationship with all management and other employees. Its such a great atmosphere and it makes me love my job.
