Answer preview

When Mr. Sinek made his comments I thought about some of the millennial workers and how they behave in the workplace and started matching their behaviors to the comments.  Mr. Sinek represented the millennial well because he started by explaining their birthdates. The birthdates of the millenials correspond to the rise of technology which introduced a new era which then explains why millenials fit in the comments Mr. Sinek portrays them. Mr. Sinek also explained that millennial workers love to have freedom in the workplace
