Use the attached stakeholder strategy chart template provided and the “Running Case” on page 527 of the textbook to complete the following task for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project.
- Complete a stakeholder register using the personnel information listed below. Indicate if you think the personnel are internal or external to the program.
- Develop a stakeholder management strategy for the project, focusing on the members who are NOT on the project team (e.g., Hillary, Gayle, and Supplier A [Ted]). Be creative in developing your potential management strategies.
