My interest in leadership developed while enrolled in Mass Communications-Strategic Communication in my Master’s program. The class involved more than 20 students and an instructor.  With the adoption of new learning methods in learning institutions, the instructor emphasized on the need for hybrid training methods at the higher education levels. The class triggered the understanding of leadership in education by allowing an easier communication framework for the program. One of the proposed options that I proposed in the dissemination of information includes creating a collaborative learning environment to allow learners and the instructor to engage effectively.
