This iteration will mainly focus on installation of the Cross Domain Solutions package in the company’s information system. Thus, the planning stage involves enumeration of the activities that will lead to a successful installation. These activities include the acquisition of the required resources, assigning specific roles to team members, and the creation of the project schedule. These tasks will be executed in several meetings convened by the team manager. The first task will involve assigning each team member a task as well as identification of the staffing needs of each function. This process ensures that member feels engaged, and they have clear information on what they are expected to do in the implementation process.
