There are different generations in the workforce whose classifications depend on the years that they were born. The Matures/ Traditionalists refer to the first group of generations which is known to be born in the years 1925 to 1942. The people in that group are known by their value for hard work and conformity. The generation that follows after them is known as the Boomers which consist of the people who are born from the years 1943 to 1960. According to the work departments, Boomers make about 46% of the current workforce and are therefore, known to be the largest generation in the workforce.
