The ASA model was a model that was introduced by Benjamin Schneider which describes how organizations look and feel the way the way they do. This is a person based model for trying to understand the etiology of organizational behavior through considering personal effects as the major causes of structures and technology of organizations (LeBlanc et al, 2015). This model in particular shows how individuals join and leave the organizations; going ahead to also state that the people are functions of other three interrelated dynamic processes; inclusive of attraction, selection and attrition.
