The concept for our food and beverage outlet is a Barbie and Ken inspired restaurant. This restaurant will appeal to different target market, from younger and middle aged generations, tourist and Barbie enthusiast. The restaurant intends to provide a welcoming and positive environment for customers. In order to cater for both sexes, we have divided the restaurant into two sections; Barbie and Ken’s section. Barbie’s side delivers fine dining, with staff dressed in pink attire and tiaras and a touch of pink interior. However, Ken’s side of the room has a bar type theme with Barbeque food and staff featured in blue clothing. Located in Harbour Town Docklands, this restaurant is easily accessible for tourists and locals who want to visit this unique restaurant.
