Generally, the integration of internet in different communication systems in the university may have created an advantage of outstanding convenience in coordinating operations in universities, but its vulnerability to negate the message content poses a major risk issue to the core communication purposes (Evans, 2014). Under the circulation of effect, internet has been considered best suited in conveying enthusiasm as well as other effect dispositions, an issue that leads to destruction of the quality of the content in a message. Considering the fact that universities use specially designed websites and social media platforms to coordinate both students and instructors in planning and execution of different activities, development of ‘conversations threads’ beneath every article, notice, or suggestions would alter the core meaning of the message. A simple misunderstanding of one person can influence the rest of the conversations from other website or social media participants, an issue that would change massive number of students from attending to daily or weekly activities in accordance with the instructors’ schedules. In case such message negation comes into play, the whole system of learning can be disrupted to extend of a whole term or even an academic year. The outcome would be incurrence of insignificant costs, lengthening of course terms from original ones, and reputation of the institution as far as community concerns in university management is concerned.
