All societies have been evolving significantly, and one of the developments that have been witnessed is the increasing visibility and inevitability of women’s leadership. More than ever, women are becoming leaders in many areas and settings. These include the private and public sectors.  This development is partly due to a growing trend where women are getting recognized as being able to lead as effectively as their male counterparts and a decline in the notion that when women get into positions of power and leadership, family life is disrupted (Rayyan, 2016). To this end, even where the compensation of women may not reflect equality, in terms of tasks, performance, decisions, and resilience and effectiveness, women are not worse than men (Alzougool, Elbargathi, Habib, Khalaf, & Al-Qutub, 2015).
