In order to enhance operational flexibility, organizations in the industry adopt some new structures such as collaborations, networks, federalists, virtual and shamrock organizations (Abdulkarim and Omran, 2017, p. 68). The authors observe that the mainstream standard of terms in the construction industry is project-oriented, conventional, and technology in nature.
