The changing nature of the construction context is fostered by increasing uncertainties in budget, technologies and development practices. A construction project becomes complete due to a combination of different interactions and events that can be planned or unexpected, over the existence of a facility, and characterized by changing processes and participants in the continuously changing setting (Ofori, 2008). Success of any project is the eventual goal of every project-based firm. Yet, success may point out to different things depending on the management perspective of contractors. Keller (2006, p. 202) mentions that some project managers evaluate the success of a project on the basis of quality and cost, and other consider a multidimensional perspective of project complexity.
