Facilitators have an obligation to move a group of individuals through planning sessions and meetings. Hence, the responsibility of a facilitator is to assist respondent bring their individual experiences to the living tradition that the community shares. Secondly, facilitators help in building a community in the group, ensuring that every individual is heard, included, and valued. Thirdly, facilitators ensure that the group starts and ends within the stipulated times, and maintains the agreement that they made.
