Answer preview

The western culture describes the functions of the 7th Chakra in several terms that comprise of physical, psychological, spiritual and energetic. The 7th Chakra is influenced by the outer and inner beauty, individual connection to spirituality and pure bliss. The Chakra also known as the crown Chakra does not benefit from the healing foods since represents the spiritual connection to the environment. The Crown Chakra would probably benefit from sun shine and breathing fresh and clean air. It is notable that the Eastern customs that regard the seven basic Chakras as the foundation of human existence form the basis of the investigation of the seven Chakras. The Crown Chakra is situated at the head’s top and western culture considers the Chakra as the most important.
