The issue of Human Rights is a subject that is universal across the world. Human rights matter. It is all about a country allowing each one of its citizens and people around its borders a chance to realize their potential, and giving them a chance to participate in their own merits as a community. Most recently, the Australian government came up with a new framework to enhance the protection of human rights in Australia (Australian Joint Committee, 2017). The protection of human rights is a costly affair. There are several measures that a government has to implement for it to be considered as one with adequate protection of human rights.
