Unity consciousness is very important in an organization because it ensures that all people are aware of the progress of the organization and they are able to adjust in case of any mismanagement. In leadership particularly, unity consciousness helps the organization to work fluently because there is unity and people are aware of the duties that are supposed to be done in a day and when they work together with their leaders there is smooth progress that leads to the success of the organization.
