From the reading; it is obvious that anybody can be a victim of violence. There are no specific characteristics that label one as the most likely victim because there are things that are beyond the control of the victims. An example is that victims cannot choose their homes, and poor people who are the most likely victims of scams do not choose to be poor. Girls who are abused by people who are close to them do not choose their relatives. There is a need to educate people on the risk factors associated with violence so that they can take as much precaution as possible.
