The main issues faced by Vivienne and her two brothers in this story are recruitment and designing the restaurant. In the story, it is highlighted that Vivienne, Walter, and Stephen have decided on what type of restaurant that they would want in terms of very authentic Chinese décor and Chinese waiters. This makes one of the issues that is challenging for the three because by effectively recruiting the workforce, the business will be easy to manage as they will have the right persons doing the job.
