Our company is called ‘Watercess Supply’, which means easy access to water for all. It has 50 employees given opportunities to excel in the water supply services and reach the objectives of the company. Three types of training are involved in the company’s alignment, which are managerial training, field training, and general staff training. These pieces of training occur with respect to the duty lines of the employees. The Watercess Supply Company will deal with three primary objectives. These are to map areas with water shortage and launch the water project to fill in the need to identify the areas’ natural water sources if they can be of use for producing clean water, and to reach the water pipelines to the less fortunate and ensure adequate supply.
