White Supremacist Terrorist
Instructions
Describe the process by which White Supremacist terrorists, the courts and the political establishments of the South took control of the former slave state and instituted a racist system of exclusion and marginalization of African American citizens.
Answer preview
White supremacy is the concept that the community in colonial times invented that there is no race that is superior to the white people. In the cause of the abolishment of racism, slavery was seen to be undermining the equal right of the black even in their social class. The North and the South reacted differently; the south believed that the black people do not deserve an equal treat. The American South formed movements that oppressed the blacked race even more. In 1877 the movement had an upper hand in the society and the blacks were intimidated through violence by the whites (Rhymes, 2017).
