It is clear that a work experience gives the employer a clear understanding of the skill set by the applicant as well as the projects that have been undertaken by the candidate in the previous organization. It also remains clear that work experience makes an individual more worthy. People with work experience have more confidence in their roles hence they are able to work with minimal challenges. For example, in my current workplace I am able to meet deadlines because I have a highly recommendable work experience from my previous organization. I am also able to manage time effectively because I know what my roles entail.
