Your supervisor has asked you to write a short report on Work Place Safety and Health in your company. You will need to find out the level of staff awareness and knowledge about Work Place Safety and Health matters.
As part of your report, you are expected to carry out both primary and secondary research. You may use the article provided but you are required to look for at least ONE (1) more secondary data. Research involving primary data will require you to conduct a survey as part of the information gathering process.
Your report should include an analysis of the problem based on information and data that you have gathered.

You will need to draw conclusions from your findings and give recommendations to address the conclusions. An executive summary should also be given at the beginning of the report.

As is required for all workplaces, employees are expected to observe certain safety rules to prevent injuries in the workplace. For instance, while working at a factory, certain measures have to be adopted to prevent workplace hazards. The first rule is to ensure all employees have safety clothing, safety gear, as well as safety glasses (Bei, 2018). For those working near moving machinery, loose jewelry and clothes should be prohibited, and employees having long hair should be advised to tie it at the back to prevent it from falling forward. After using tools, they have to be stored properly and returned to their proper location always (Hamann, 2017).
