The number of exonerees in the United States has noticeably increased taking the attention of most law lecturers, legal representatives, sociologists, and criminologist on the sources of most invalid convictions. Often, logical justification exists even for evident mistakes that led to an unjust conviction, but with the amplified miscarriages of justice, it has prompted the critical analysis of a number of detailed performance that are said to put in extensively to mistakes of due process (Daniel, 2015). Investigating officers, prosecutors, forensic scientist and the judges are answerable for at least seven causes that centrally contribute to wrongful convictions.
