In meeting the expectations, there will be the formulation of a PR communication plan that holds the capability of altering possible negative perceptions against theatre education while giving reasons for communities and potential students to join YPT to gain theatrical education, production, and performance purposes offered in the institution. The students and community within NSW and its environs will need to understand that theatre creates great potential for one’s career in building personal development as any other career program offered in other institutions.  The general intention of the plan will be to enlighten the entire community, including parents, current students, and potential students, concerning the need to consider joining education and production programs in YPT because it offers significant socio-economic merits as any other career built-in school.
