Ridgeway Company, whose business is the purchase and developmentof recreational land has successfully managed the Ridgeway CountryClub for the past three years. When they originally acquired theclub, it had twenty lighted tennis courts, an eighteen-hole golfcourse, a swimming pool, a pro shop selling tennis and golfingsupplies and related items, and a clubhouse containing arestaurant, bar, and exercise room.
