whydo I have two pointers on my computer set up? so i have twomonitors and a laptop and the what ever I do on my laptop screenthe left monitor does it but not the right one (which is fine). howdo i fix it?

To remove the second pointer using the function key which allowsyou to switch between PC Screen Only, Duplicatedor Extended displays (f8 on my tablet). It was currentlyset to PC Screen Only as it should have been. I selected Duplicateinstead and the second pointer immediately disappeared. I thenselected PC Screen Only and the second pointer did notreappear.
